Assorted untagged vehicles, debris, refuse and junk in yards.
This was seen in the membership area of the Aspen hill Civic Association, Inc., on March 8, 2007.

Below, Heathfield Road, eastern end. Fleet vehicle usually parked at home. At night there are often three or four parked there.
Below, Heathfield Road, near Georgia Avenue. Nice paved yard, with crashed vehicle parked on the street at fire hydrant.
Below, Chesterfield Road between Parkland Drive and Canterbury Lane, with a nice paved front yard, washing machine in driveway, etc.
Below, Chesterfield Road between Parkland Drive and Canterbury Lane, this car has been parked on that spot on the county strip since late 2006.
Below, Renn Street between Marianna and Eastland, untagged vehicle in yard.
The following series are mostly from the vicinity of Hallet Street/Place, Parkland Drive around Faroe, Turkey Branch in the same vicinity, etc.
Below, can't say where exactly, an out-of-town Porsche is parked a bit into the street, and behind it are about five untagged vehicles in the driveway.
Below, wasn't this house condemned by the fire department after a fire was started by one of the several families illegally living in the basement? Why, yes, something like that.
Below, now that's a lot of crap out on the county strip. Zoom in by clicking.
Below... absolutely craptastic. Possibly the ugliest yard in the neighborhood.
Below, lots of uncollected firewood there. Interestingly, that half-cut tree doesn't appear to have been "orange-spotted" by the County for a legal removal.
Below, a house without a roof, with the walls leaning outwards. This place needs to be razed. South of Wheaton Woods Elementary on Parkland Drive.
Below, is that a washing machine, or a kitchen cooking range, on that porch?
Below, "Hades Hal". Gang tagging has erupted all over Aspen Hill in the last 6 months.
Below, extreme erotion of the county strip due to incessant parking and drive-over. Just south of WW elementary school on Parkland.
Below, a fine example of someone driving into their yard too much. Parkland Drive northbound, across from WW elementary school. Way to set an example for the schoolkids, Bud.
Below, a smallish dumptruck is parked half on the county strip. Seems he's been taking shortcuts across the median strip to get there.
Lots of construction vehicles are parked, some of them evidently for a long long time, on Landgreen between Parkland and Frankfurt.
More untagged vehicles, random locations.
The shell of a house on Barkwood. Weren't these the people who were reported fornicating in their backyard before they got their electricity cut off and burned the house down by lighting it with candles?
Below, Arctic Avenue between Frankfurt and Renn. Nice truck. No nice tags.
Below, Arctic Avenue again. Taxi in yard.
13106 (we think) Arctic Avenue. Two commercial fleet trucks in driveway, one attached to a trailer of yard-care equipment. The man inside didn't like me taking this picture. He came out brandishing his cellphone. I'm not sure if he was trying to take my picture or make a call. But I must ask, to whom do you send a picture of someone filming a code violation? Or for that matter, whom do you call for such a thing? To whom do you report citizens collecting information on violations of law? Criminal network for reporting law-abiding citizens? Worrisome.
More untagged vehicles. All along Magellan, Wissahican, etc.
Now that's a lot of construction crap stacked along the wall of that house. And below, see also the cute trailer parked half on the country strip, itself full of crap.
I think this is all along Weiss.
Now this is pathetic. This is behind the Kensington FD station at Parkland and Veirs Mill. Look at the large images, this appears to be hovels in the middle of the "community garden". People appear to be living in them. Bum shacks? If so, this is an outrage.
More "stuff" below, along Caldwell, if memory serves.
Below, Keating between Grenoble and Aspen Hill Road. Craptastic!
Below, two from Vandalia. Um, the local street, not the 5th-century kingdom of the Vandals in territory formerly belonging to Carthage. Then again, civilization does seem to be deteriorating hereabouts, hence the confusion.
Below, two untagged vehicles. I'm not sure if they belong to 4308 Independence or 4305 Elizabeth.
Below, the last two are from 4411 Jupiter Street. Egads, what a mess. Lots of untagged vehicles in eroded ruts in the yard, wrecked vehicles in the street out front, etc. Disgraceful.
