Montgomery Chase is a condominium community located on Chesterwood Drive. It is located on a hilltop just east of Georgia Avenue about midway between Georgia Avenue's intersections with Connecticut Avenue and Bel Pre Road.

History
At one point in time in the late 1990s, this was an apartment community heavily populated with "Section 8" tenants.
During the real-estate boom of the 2000s, the tenants were evicted and the apartments were converted to "luxury condominiums".
