This is probably the most "exclusive" of the shopping centers in Aspen Hill, as of summer 2009. It is certainly the least "ghetto".

History
This shopping center was built in the early 1970s. Since that time, it has had at least three major renovations all of which included extensive changes in design.
Through the 1970s, the Beer Wine and Cheese space was a freestanding island in the shopping center which tended to obscure the retail spaces behind it. This also became something of a problem in terms of being a gathering place for wayward youth.
Through the early 2000s this shopping center underwent a very significant change in design along with major renovation.
