London Lane has a southern terminus at Southend Road. From there, it rises past London Terrace to the hill crest and intersects with Heathfield Road. North of Heathfield Road, London Lane runs straight and almost level past the intersections with Blackpool Road, Chelmsford Road, and Dennington Place, running almost due north as it terminates at Bel Pre Road.
London Lane runs just west of, and parallel to, Georgia Avenue.
