Stoney Brook (or "Stoneybrook") is a subdivision of the Wheaton Woods neighborhood in Aspen Hill. It is characterized by Single Family Detached Residential houses generally built around 1952-1954.

Location
Stoney Brook is one of the oldest parts of Aspen Hill. Legally this is "Stoneybrook Estates Section 1", distinguished from the other part of Stoney Brook Estates which is located on the east side of the Turkey Branch of Rock Creek.
It comprises Turkey Branch Parkway south of Bayne Street, Rosebud Drive, Plaza Place, and Adrian Street east of Parkland Drive.
