This is a corner unit with a good view of much of the lot. You can see all of the way over to St Mary Magdalene Church southwards across Aspen Hill Road, and northward almost to the K-Mart.

History
This unit was originally a part of 13870 Georgia Avenue, which at the time was a "Drug Fair" department store with pharmacy. When the Drug Fair chain changed hands twice in one year, this space for a time became a Sherwin-Williams paint store, at least until 1987 when the Sherwin-Williams company sold the "Gray Drug Fair" chain to Rite Aid.
Until perhaps December 2007, this was a Caribou Coffee store.
As of May 30, 2008, a small sign on the window indicates that this will be a Dunkin Donuts.
