Aspen Hill is an unincorporated neighborhood under jurisdiction of Montgomery County, in the State of Maryland.

Moving clockwise, generally Aspen Hill is considered to be bounded on the west by Viers Mill Road between the Turkey Branch and the main branch of Rock Creek, and by Rock Creek north to the Old Baltimore Road where it meets Norbeck Road; bounded on the north by Maryland Route 28 (Norbeck Road) and Bel Pre Road; bounded on the east by a tributary to the Northwest Branch (Anacostia River) just east of Rippling Brook Drive; it's bounded on the south by the Greenway just south of Hewitt Avenue, which greenway extends across Georgia Avenue joining the Matthew Henson State Park, through which runs the Turkey Branch of Rock Creek, and which extends to Viers Mill Road.

To the west of Rock Creek is the incorporated City of Rockville. To the east and south are unincorporated neighborhoods. Some miles to the north is the City of Olney.
